History

Allied Soft Limited is a technology company focused on people management and business software solutions. Established in 1999, the company began operations by taking on a major initiative to develop a suite of Integrated People Management software. By the end of 2002 Xceed™ EPMS version 1.0 was at its final beta testing stage and ready to be introduced to the Nigerian and African market.

We began marketing activities for our flagship product Xceed EPMS in January 2003 and our first deal was signed in February 2003 with Conoco Energy Nigeria (Now ConocoPhillips Nigeria). Our clientele base quickly grew with the signing of other company's notably Bond Bank and Prudent Bank (Both banks have merged to form Skye Bank), Zenith Bank, Virgin Nigeria Airways, and Diamond Bank to mention a few.

Allied Soft has built strong partnerships with a number of global IT companies such as Microsoft and HP. In 2005, Allied Soft became the first Nigerian company to earn product certification with Microsoft thereby gaining the status of an Independent Software Vendor and Gold Certified partner. By the year 2007, Allied Soft’s flagship product Xceed EPMS passed the HP Intergrity 64bit platform certification.

Allied Soft has won a couple of international awards. In 2002 we were the Microsoft Country Manager Partner of the and in 2004, the Telecommunications Sector Partner of the year for West East and Central Africa. Recently Allied Soft has inherited the operations of its parent company ATDS Limited, expanding our services to include Microsoft infrastructure, security, information worker and volume licensing solutions.
